Bridgeview Manufacturing has been producing innovative farm machinery for markets around the world for over 40 years. We are seeking an energetic individual to join our manufacturing team with the goal of improving efficiency in our production processes. This primary duty of this position is to identify waste in production processes and then work with all departments including management, R&D, shop floor supervisors, and shop floor employees to eliminate the waste. Specific duties include: - Benchmark production times via visual time study and review of shop floor data collected in our ERP system - Review shop floor layout and work flows - Design work cells, jigs, and other tooling using 2D and 3D CAD - Advise and assist in purchasing shop machinery - Oversee machinery repair and maintenance - Develop BOM\'s and Routings - Train operators to make best use of the features of CNC shop machinery - Work with shop floor managers to implement changes - Audit results of improvements Our ideal candidate will have shop floor experience as well as a strong working knowledge of manufacturing processes and metalworking machinery. This position offers a mix of office and shop work as well as a high degree of autonomy in accomplishing your goals. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $52,000.00-$90,000.00 per year Benefits:
