Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing / Belting Technician to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing and supply of light weight conveyor belting.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and product quality. Conduct regular inspections of machinery and production processes to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions. Maintain accurate records of production data, including output levels and equipment performance. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Assist in training new employees on manufacturing processes and equipment operation. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity and efficiency.

Experience

Previous experience in a manufacturing / Belting Technician roll is preferred but not required. Familiarity with operating machinery or equipment is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in thyis role. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration with colleagues across various departments. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
