Neustar Manufacturing is Neustar is a CWB Certified welding and fabrication shop of dump bodies and trailers. Our products include Neustar's in house manufactured, and branded "HARDOX in MY BODY" certified steel dump bodies, landscaper, municipal bodies, flat decks, end dump trailers for the construction industry, and Neustar Grain Dump Bodies for the agricultural industry. Our unique mix of capabilities allow us to effectively, Manufacture, Service, Supply and Support a diverse range of truck and trailer mounted equipment. As such we have successfully partnered and distributed our products through all 7 of 7 retail Heavy Truck brands in Canadian & US market.

The ideal candidate has 3 or more years of experience supporting a small manufacturing office or similar environment working along side the owner, technical sales person and administrative officer. Overall Responsibilities:
Administration:
Answer phones
Organize and manage invoices, emails
Mail management
Greet people, take to waiting room, and notify correct person.
Assist with Inside Sales: Parts Ordering and sales
Shipping & Receiving; parts and final product including customs brokerage
Book Keeping:
Quick books - Prepare invoices and send to customers, A/P, Input vendor bills, create Sales Orders.
Filing
Collecting Deposits for upcoming orders
Accounts receivable collections.
Creating PO's
Credit card receipt organizing & reconciliations.
Record all payments.
Reconcile credit cards.
Payroll, time input
Accounting & Management
Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.
Prepares bill of material entries by compiling and analyzing information.
Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
Support workplace health and safety, minutes, follow up on action items, reporting and day to day administration

EXPERIENCE:
Must have previous bookkeeping experience 3+ years
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
Experience within manufacturing environment is considered an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
