Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated
Manual Osteopath
to join our team. This is an
independent contractor role
with flexible scheduling and competitive compensation. The ideal candidate values holistic client care, enjoys working in a calm healing environment, and thrives in a
collaborative, multidisciplinary
setting with other wellness professionals.
Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive
osteopathic assessments and treatments
Develop individualized treatment plans to support postural balance, pain relief, and overall well-being.
Maintain accurate client records and adhere to professional standards.
Collaborate with other therapists and practitioners to enhance client outcomes.
Maintain a clean, calm, and professional treatment environment aligned with the clinic's Zen aesthetic.
Qualifications (must-have):
Licensed or registered Manual Osteopath
in good standing with a recognized association in Ontario.
Professional liability insurance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Dedication to professional ethics and client-centered care.
1+ year of experience preferred but not required.
Interest in integrative and collaborative care is an asset.
Compensation & Benefits:
Revenue split:
60-70% of treatment fee per session (based on experience and schedule).
