This position offers you the freedom to practice osteopathy as you've trained to practice it: with time, intention, and the clinical independence to follow where each body leads you. You'll work alongside Registered Massage Therapists, Naturopaths, and other health professionals who understand the value of manual therapy and genuinely appreciate the osteopathic perspective.

We provide an established client base, so you can focus your energy on the clinical work rather than scrambling to fill your schedule. Our compensation structure offers a 65-70% revenue split to start, with osteopaths in similar Toronto practices typically earning $90-100+ per hour working 20-30 hours weekly.

Your days with us will involve the skilled, thoughtful work osteopathy demands: comprehensive assessments, structural integration, visceral manipulation, craniosacral therapy, and the patient, detective-like investigation that reveals underlying patterns of dysfunction.

The Practical Framework
We offer flexible scheduling seven days a week, with you controlling your own calendar through our online booking system. Most osteopaths find their ideal rhythm working 4-6 clients per shift, allowing adequate time for thorough sessions without burnout.

There are no rigid schedules set weeks in advance. You decide when you're available, giving you the autonomy to build a practice that sustains rather than depletes you. Many of our practitioners work 20-28 hours weekly and maintain fulfilling lives outside the clinic aEUR" exactly as it should be.
