We are currently seeking a results-oriented Managing Director in Business Development & Strategic Investment with a specialization in business development and public relations to lead strategic growth and expand Enoch Wealth's client and investment network.

Job Duties:

Lead and manage overall strategic operations and business development, ensuring the efficient and effective execution of business objectives aligned with Enoch Wealth's vision and market needs.

Take a leadership role in establishing and overseeing the operations of Enoch Family Office, ensuring seamless coordination of services, operations, and business development activities under its umbrella.

Oversee the enhancement of the existing client service framework, implementing improvements to ensure high-quality, personalized service and client satisfaction.

Build and manage long-term investment strategies, coordinating product development and capital-raising activities;

Develop and manage strong relationships with government agencies, financial institutions, and global investment entities.

Coordinate seminars, roadshows, and industry events to promote Enoch Wealth's products and services to high-net-worth and institutional investors.

Identify new global investment opportunities and structure strategic partnerships in key gateway markets.

Develop and execute strategies to expand Enoch Wealth's market presence in international markets, identifying new business opportunities and fostering strong relationships with overseas clients and partners.

Develop strategic partnerships to enhance service offerings and strengthen market position

Negotiate and structure investment deals in coordination with global partners, legal counsel, and compliance teams.

Provide mentorship and training to help team members reach their full potential

Collaborate with executives to align departmental goals with overall company objectives

Employment Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field

More than 5 years of experience in business management, preferably in sales or business development;

More than 3 years of senior managerial experience in related fields.

Able to travel as required;

Demonstrated success in leading cross-border investment projects and negotiating high-value deals.

Deep knowledge of alternative investments and exempt market products.

Experience building partnerships in financial markets, particularly in real estate, PE, or innovation sectors.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in oral and written English.

Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Proficient in MS Office Suite

Pay: $120,000.00 per year
