Job Description
We are looking for someone that is hungry, humble and people-smart! Our ideal team player has a growth mindset, with a "let\'s figure it out" attitude! The Managing Broker is a licensed real estate broker offering guidance and support to 65+ real estate agents. This person serves as a mentor and coach, ensuring day to day compliance with MSC regulations, as well as ongoing business support and training, business planning, and more. Areas of responsibility include: Review of all real estate deals to ensure compliance with MSC standards
- Implement & manage operational systems
- One on one mentor sessions with agents, both newer & experienced to encourage growth
- Weekly training sessions covering all aspects of the real estate business
- Recruiting agents to affiliate with the C21 brand
- Encouraging community events to further the C21 brand
- Dental care
