Your job

Coach and align a team of advisors to meet the insurance needs of National Bank Insurance's unassigned clients Set growth targets and activities for clients under your management Act as a designated representative with canadian regulators for the various National Bank insurance firms Support the Compliance and regulatory team in creating and implementing oversight mechanisms for individual insurance brokerage activities across Canada

Manage complex life and health insurance files as a subject matter expert.

You are part of a team of three colleagues at National Bank Insurance and will report to the Associate Vice-President. Prerequisites

College diploma, bachelor's or master's degree In-depth experience in individual insurance distribution and brokerage A financial security licence from all regulators in Canada

A solid track record in insurance product distribution and regulatory support in the insurance industry in Canada Be available to participate in cross-sector committees and projects
