Your job


Develop and harmonise growth strategies specific to the Bank's various business sectors while ensuring they are consistent with the firm's overall vision. Referrals from different business sectors based on their insurance protection advisory needs by implementing innovative skills development, engagement and loyalty programs Work closely with Internal Operations and Compliance to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory rigour Pilot a national recruitment plan to attract top talent from all markets Maintain an exemplary level of service quality by implementing clear indicators and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Implement a strategy to take charge of orphan clients in line with Bank values Implement a long-term client journey strategy to fully address their needs Promote the new partnership with PPI used to distribute individual insurance in all business lines outside Quebec Maintain relationships with the 17 different insurers that are partners with National Bank Insurance firm.

Your team


You are part of a team of more than 100 colleagues in National Bank Insurance (NBI). You will have 4 Vice-Presidents under your leadership, who will oversee a total of approximately 80 brokers, a Senior Manager responsible for the overall strategy outside Quebec, and a Senior Manager responsible for sales support with brokers.

Prerequisites


Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10 years of relevant experience or master's degree in a related field and 8 years of relevant experience In-depth knowledge and solid experience in the commercial Banking and wealth Management sector, as well as the insurance sector Significant experience in personnel management Demonstrate a strategic vision Communicate with impact and strong ability to share the vision Excellent ability to manage change Ability to influence and rally various stakeholders and partners
