Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Grill Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a strong understanding of food safety and preparation techniques. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of grilled items, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and surrounding kitchen areas. Follow recipes and presentation specifications to deliver exceptional meals to customers. Monitoring and managing prepped ingredients as well as defrosting all required products for daily operations. Adhere to all food safety guidelines, including proper food handling and storage practices. Manage kitchen by monitoring and ordering all ingredients and other kitchen supplies. Manage employees by setting schedules and supervising their duties.

Skills

Ability to manage restaurant and workers Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or kitchen environment. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff. Familiarity with various cooking techniques, particularly grilling methods. Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, along with a passion for culinary arts. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring high-quality output. Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
