UGP has a dynamic culture where collaboration, innovation, excellent student service, and community development are integral to the delivery of excellent programming.About the RoleThe Manager, Undergraduate Programs (UGP) is an integral member of the Faculty of Educationxe2x80x99s program management team and is responsible for overseeing the financial, human resources, enrolment planning, and administrative operations of UGP. The manager works closely with the Director, UGP and the Deanxe2x80x99s Office to support the design and delivery of sustainable, effective, and innovative programs that align with the Facultyxe2x80x99s vision, mandate, and commitment to advancing diversity, inclusivity, and Indigeneity in education.The ideal Manager, UGP is passionate about education and the opportunity to contribute to the design and delivery of innovative undergraduate-level programming. We are seeking a leader who has strong financial, academic program management, strategic planning, human resources, and analytical skills. The ideal candidate values working in a collaborative, people-centered environment where relationship development is key, is creative, innovative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, is excited to join a professional community of like-minded leaders and is committed to their ongoing professional growth in leadership, and technical skills and competencies.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline and five years of related experience in planning and evaluation, strategic plan implementation or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (oral, written and presentation) and networking skills.
