Contract Duration: Permanent About the team you are joining With 80,000+ students, 15,000+ invoices, 10,000+ customer queries and 1,000+ classes a year, 600+ instructors and 400+ partners, IATA Training needs efficient operations including an up-to-date IT infrastructure to fulfil its mandate and develop professionals for the air transport industry.
Reporting to the Head Global Operations, IATA Training, the incumbent will support the Training Systems team ensuring the smooth running and continuous improvement of training IT systems. What your day would be like The incumbent is responsible for:

  • Daily management of the L3 Support queue in Salesforce, handling internal and external support requests, maintenance and administration of IATA Training systems and interfaces in place (LMS, SAP, Moodle, Zoom, Salesforce, SharePoint, PowerBi, etc.), reporting.
  • Reporting and following up on issues with the vendors (internal and external) to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of tickets.
  • Testing of system issues, new products, product content updates, etc.
  • Leading system enhancements and new features, in line with the business strategy, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Support new and existing projects (i.e. new vendor integration, product launch, etc.)
  • Create, maintain and update internal and external user guides, documentation, etc.

We would love to hear from you if you have/are:
  • University degree in IT systems design, instructional design or similar/equivalent, with 6+ years of experience in IT and/or operational support roles.
  • Problem solving skills, ability to find work around solutions and Ability to prioritize based on the cost/benefit analysis and defend tough decisions based on the 80/20 rule.
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail;
  • Excellent English skills (verbal & written), knowledge of other languages is an asset.
  • Intimate knowledge of PowerBI, Excel including VBA and API calls. Knowledge of other Microsoft tools (eg PowerAutomate) and/or Mulesoft, SAP, ABAP, Sharepoint, html, SCORM strong assets.
