What You\'ll Bring:

  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or College Diploma in Computer Science or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in related role.
  • Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Advanced PC skills in appropriate Microsoft Office programs required.
  • Data analytic skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge in customer Loan origination systems is an asset.
  • Data communications skills is an asset
  • Working knowledge of Linux or Unix Operation system, and associated programming languages an asset.
  • Experience with JSON and SML transaction is an asset.
Impact You\'ll Make:
  • Provide expert technical support for our customers, including procuring a new TransUnion solution or product, assisting with systems interfaces and technical set-up, and setting appropriate expectations.
  • Are responsible for delivery and execution of customized solutions to our customers, coordinating with ePMO and GT teams.
  • Work closely with the TransUnion Client Engineering team to understand proposed and documented solutions.
  • Validate new products, product features, and enhancements.
  • Own and manage applications within the TU Canada customer test environment.
Deliverables
  • Oversee the management of a group of post-sales technical consultants.
  • Ensure work assignments are assigned to staff as engagements are received.
  • Review the work of staff ensuring they are delivering on their responsibilities and accountabilities including:
  • Updates to tickets
  • Opening Rally features
  • Providing regular updates to sales/customers/other stakeholders
  • Validating solutions in UAT and production
  • Handoff to internal stakeholders
  • Address day to day work issues technical support staff may bring to your attention, escalating where necessary.
  • Advise Management about progress, problems, and activities related to the Technical Onboarding and Technical Support work load.
  • Provide and maintain monthly dashboard on team activities.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to the team, providing guidance to associates based on your knowledge and experience.
  • Lead regular team meetings.
  • Meet with individual team members on a regular basis.
  • Provide feedback on staff to Senior Management on a regular and consistent basis.
  • Adhere to all Standard Operation Procedures and processes.
  • Comply with all consumer reporting, privacy and compliance requirements.
  • Provide guidance to other members of the onboarding team.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
