About the role

Manager, Quality Assurance and Performance, Intact Lab

Intact Lab is looking for a Manager, Quality Assurance and Performance, reporting to the Senior Director, Software Engineering. Are you passionate about quality assurance? Your future responsibilities:

Manage, coach and support the QA team with your leadership skills. Be sure to take them to the next level in their art.

Define the automated testing strategy representing the customer experience and the interactions with the various IFC systems

Define and implement a test structure supporting the development cycle of our digital products

Ensure sound management of test environments and data

By being a fervent follower of test automation and mocked data, see to these practices manage in an exemplary way

Implement a test model by component, "scalable" and reusable.

Ensure that the test strategy implemented is well defined and can support our mobile and web applications

Define and implement a process for the sound management of test environments

Your profile :

Extensive experience in quality assurance and test automation.

Extensive knowledge of automated testing methods and frameworks.

Concrete experience in transforming test practices in agile mode (Scrum, safe, etc.).

Good experience as a manager and team coach.

Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering or other related discipline.

Excellent level of communication in both French and English (Need to Interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country).
