The
Direct Sales
team is made up of passionate professionals who work collaboratively to support equipment financing across Canada. You'll report to the
Regional Sales Director
and work closely with leaders in credit, operations, legal, and finance. Our team stands out for its commitment to innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.

Your profile
Post-secondary education in Business Administration or Management, or equivalent experience.
7+ years of experience in financial services, including leadership in business coordination, credit support, or sales operations.
Advanced knowledge of equipment financing products, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
Strong accounting acumen and understanding of taxability and invoice requirements.
Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and manage change effectively.
