Reporting to the Vice President, People, The Manager, Safety & Wellness is accountable for developing, leading, and administering ROBINSON's safety and wellness programs. This role involves developing workplace health and safety policies, processes and procedures aligned with provincial standards across western Canada, as well as developing innovative wellness solutions to support injury prevention and monitoring. The successful candidate will bring a professional polish to programs while also demonstrating the ability to roll up their sleeves and develop a trusting connection with our teams- whether it's leading a session on safe lifting, completing an audit, or designing a wellness program.
