What you will do:

  • Develop inventory and revenue forecasts for Onsite and In-Store media products to support day to day business decisioning
  • Oversee the creation of digital dashboards for Onsite and In-Store advertising. Develop insights that result in timely changes to inventory and pricing strategies
  • Create rate cards, develop sales discounting guidelines, and approve makegoods when needed
  • Ensure business rules are set-up for products with a view to achieve maximum revenue results and continue to evolve them as conditions change
  • Support and create scenario analysis on new products and business development opportunities
  • Ensure a strong understanding of the sales pipeline that will be used to action strategies that drive yield and support accurate revenue forecasting
  • Influence and advocate for revenue interests across the organization and build strong relationships with internal teams to push these objectives forward
  • Support development of annual bottom-up budget build based on forecasted inventory and pricing
  • Continuously improve processes that lead to greater efficiencies, accuracy, and transparency
  • Be a subject knowledge expert of industry trends and recommend how to weave them into Loblaw Media\xe2\x80\x99s strategy for positive financial results
  • Establish KPIs, secure buy-in from key stakeholders and track results
  • Oversee Onsite and In-Store revenue tracking and level of sale, and collaborate with the Sales and Strategy teams to move inventory at maximum revenue potential
  • Provide Product Team with revenue scenario analysis to guide decisioning around the development of new products, ad placements, and ad server functionality. Ensure that delivery of ad product timelines aligns to revenue estimates and come up with revenue mitigation strategies for product delays
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5+ years of Media, Digital Media and/or Advertising related business experience
  • Excellent understanding of the market and competitive landscape to inform revenue and go to market strategies.
  • Demonstrated analytical and mathematical skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Advanced Excel or related analytical tools for efficient data manipulation & modeling
  • Ability to organize and present pertinent information clearly and concisely
  • Demonstrated ability to manage short- and long-term deadlines, and to balance multiple priorities at any one time
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Google Ad Manager an asset, as well as experience working with ad exchanges and/or demand side platforms
