As the Manager, Retail Operations, you\xe2\x80\x99re a key team member who inspires and leads by example. Every day will bring new and exciting challenges so get ready to think creatively, work strategically, and continuously explore to lead your branch to success.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing:

  • Customer Experience Excellence. Through strong customer focus and collaboration, you ensure the team is energized and motivated to create a memorable experience for our customers. Provide support to team members and customers in challenging situations and measure KPIs and propose action plans to elevate the customer experience.
  • Day to Day Operations. You will drive operational initiatives and ensure profitability and efficiency of your branch. Working with other departments to ensure workflow is productive and productivity goals are met. Oversee showroom and inventory management and ultimately cultivate creativity & disruption to ensure the store represents our brand and culture, using our policies, values, and best practices as your guide.
  • Supporting Branch Success. You will drive results by leading people and making informed and timely decisions to move the organization forward. Operating with energy and passion for the collective good, you will take pride in ensuring the warehouse and showroom is run efficiently, services are exceptional, and all welcome.
  • Workplace Culture Passion, Innovation, Inspiration, Respect, Teamwork, and Entrepreneurship. You will be tasked to build a strong performing team, and to help others grow by understanding their strengths and providing coaching and development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree is desired; or equivalent education and/or related work experience.
  • Proven track record driving growth with a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience motivating, coaching, and helping teams succeed.
  • A client-centric mindset with a demonstrated ability to create a shared vision, inspire collaboration, and drive change with momentum.
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and change with an entrepreneurial growth mindset.
  • Exceptional analytic problem-solving skills
  • Previous retail management experience is an asset.
  • Open and transparent communication skills and the ability to relate at all levels of the organization.
  • Technically proficient
