Job Overview:
The QA Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance across point of sale, mobile app, online ordering, self-order kiosk, third-party delivery aggregators, and digital menu boards across Tim Horton\xe2\x80\x99s North America. The position also establishes processes and procedures for weekly menu maintenance and project based functional testing, ensures developed test cases and scripts meet quality standards that apply industry best practices that will deliver quality software that will meet the needs of the business.
