  • Collaborate with the upper management team to set quality benchmarks
  • Create standards in accordance with industry standards and customer expectations
  • Identify quality control processes to ensure criteria are met at all times
  • Execute tests to check final product adherence to the company standards
  • Record findings and relay this information to the production team
  • Brainstorm ideas to increase productivity and performance of the production line while maintaining accuracy in quality
  • Make crucial decisions in favor of cost-efficiency without compromising on quality
  • Oversee production to ensure conformity in final product processing
  • Execute various systems, integration, regression, and ad-hoc tests for moderate to complex cross-functional components.
  • Work in a SCRUM team and participate in sprint reviews.
  • As Required:
    • Convert requirements/ user stories into a set of test cases and scripts.
    • Create and manage test plans, test estimates and traceability matrix.
    • Bug logging, tracking and generate bug reports for issues found during testing.
    • Verify Software fixes.
    • Plan and co-ordinates UAT and provide product/feature training to business users.
    • Work closely with developers to resolve issues and ensure thorough testing.
Required skills and experience:
  • 3+ years Software Testing experience.
  • 1+ years experience as a quality manager in a production processing environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Able to positively influence others
  • Great team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience in creating positive & negative path test cases based on requirements / user stories, execute test cases, log defects and reporting.
  • Experience in functional, Integration, regression, and non-functional testing.
  • Knowledge of various test tools and processes and ability to adapt new and emerging test tools and trends
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and SDLC process.
It’d be great if you have:
  • Experience in Automation testing with working knowledge of OOP languages.
  • Experience in Agile Methodology
  • Experience in Jira and DevOps.
  • Experience in developing Automation Frameworks.
  • Experience writing SQL to validate data from multiple sources.
