OverviewWere looking for a Manager in our Practice and Quality Support Services department to support and promote quality decision-making in the Claims and Rehabilitation Services division. Your expert knowledge in workers compensation, law, policy, and practice will provide a foundation for you in this role.Your responsibilities include analyzing information and providing recommendations, advice, and training to staff in the division. Youll develop and communicate corporate practice on compensation matters and provide leadership to managers to ensure effective implementation of policies, practices, and services. Youll conduct quality audits of decisions throughout the division and work collaboratively with claims managers to achieve continuous quality improvement.
