Your expert knowledge in workers\xe2\x80\x99 compensation, law, policy, and practice will provide a foundation for you in this role.Your responsibilities include analyzing information and providing recommendations, advice, and training to staff in the division. You\xe2\x80\x99ll develop and communicate corporate practice on compensation matters and provide leadership to managers to ensure effective implementation of policies, practices, and services. You\xe2\x80\x99ll conduct quality audits of decisions throughout the division and work collaboratively with claims managers to achieve continuous quality improvement.
