Position Summary

We're looking for a strategic, people-focused leader to take the helm of our Organizational Well-being branch. Someone who can turn insight into action and help shape a workplace where people truly thrive. The Manager, Organizational Well-being is an integral member of the People & Organizational Culture leadership team.



This is more than a management role; it's an opportunity to lead city-wide programs that support a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture. You'll play a key role in designing and delivering initiatives that engage, develop, and support employees at every level of the organization. What You'll Be Leading

You'll oversee and innovate across key areas that impact every employee's experience, including: Workforce planning and succession Leadership development and training Diversity, equity, and inclusion Engagement, recognition, and psychological safety Performance management Telework and flexible work programs Educational assistance and growth opportunities



You'll also represent the City with external partners and lead collaborative initiatives across departments. How You'll Succeed Develop and implement branch-wide operational plans aligned to corporate strategy Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Build strong relationships with senior leaders and internal stakeholders Oversee third-party service providers for learning and recognition programs Guide cultural initiatives, employee engagement efforts, and leadership learning platforms Coach and support your team, and contribute to the success of the broader People & Organizational Culture department Lead continuous improvement efforts and support risk management and legislative compliance What Makes You a Great Fit A deep understanding of organizational development, employee engagement, and leadership strategy Strong knowledge of HR best practices, change management, and psychological safety Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects or programs Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams A thoughtful, inclusive approach to building relationships and solving problems A clear, confident communication style with the ability to influence at all levels Familiarity with municipal operations, legislation, and unionized environments is an asset Why You'll Love Working With Us A purpose-driven culture that values people and progress A forward-thinking team that's invested in learning, collaboration, and impact Flexibility to support your work-life balance Competitive salary, benefits, pension, and education supports The chance to lead organization-wide change and help shape the future of work for the City of Regina
