Randstad Staffing is currently looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a rapidly growing organization in the North of Winnipeg.Do you have a minimum of 8 years of experience as a Marketing Manager in a corporate setting? Are you a creative thinker and can come up with innovative ideas? Do you have a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or Economics? Are you an outstanding communicator, and enjoy building relationships? Do you possess above-average problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities?

- Managing marketing budget and providing strategic advisory to CEO and executives
- Identify, develop, design, and implement marketing strategies
- Lead public relations, branding, and digital marketing initiatives
- Manage and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders (media, government, boards, etc.)
- Manage internal communications
- Other duties as assigned by the CEOQualifications
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or Economics
- 8 years of experience as a Marketing Manager
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Critical and creative thinking abilities
- Great knowledge of digital and traditional marketing tactics and best practices
- Ability to work well independently but also as part of a team
