Job Description

Reporting to the Director, Digital Transformation and Integration, the Manager, Information Technology is responsible for delivering reliable IT infrastructure, innovative IT projects, and client-oriented support to all of Nutrition International (NI).

As an IT Manager, you will collaborate with the Manager of Information Governance, and the Senior Solutions Architect to develop and deliver on the shared strategic roadmap for IM/IT/IS.

You will be responsible for delivering highly scalable, flexible, resilient, secure, and cost-effective core IT infrastructure and a world-class IT support experience to aid our global client in attaining its goals.

You will support the organization's digital growth, automation, and transformation by ensuring continuous innovation in IT and supporting delivery of IM and IS leadership's goals.

As a leader within the IM/IT/IS team, you will be responsible for the ongoing management and growth of resources within the team and within your colleagues' teams.

Building a client-oriented, responsive, inclusive, and efficient team will require a willingness to share knowledge, coach other team members, and ensure our work is completed in a client-oriented and inclusive manner.

2 HQ direct reports: Systems Administrator, IT Support

2 Regional indirect reports

Managed service providers

Relevant experience (4+ years) and education in the fields of Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.

Knowledge and demonstrable skill in executing or leading IT support for mid-sized organizations - experience supporting global teams would be desirable.

Skilled at IT change management and leadership - capable of onboarding and training staff on new IT assets and services to ensure efficient and value-added use of those assets.

Extensive knowledge of IT assets and service administration, IT networks, IT security and data privacy frameworks, and cloud computing; preferably including:

Microsoft 365, Azure Cloud and Azure AD.

Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Intune.

Microsoft Windows Server deployment (policies & configuration management).

Demonstrable experience in delivering a variety of technical or non-technical projects from onset to implementation to ongoing support.

Desirable: Demonstrable experience managing global IT infrastructure, services, and a team at a non-profit or NGO. Experience with modern workplace or other digital transformation initiatives.
