Description du poste:

Relevant du Vice-pr\xc3\xa9sident, chef de l\'information et de la technologie, le r\xc3\xb4le du gestionnaire des op\xc3\xa9rations TI est d\'assurer le bon d\xc3\xa9roulement d\'op\xc3\xa9rations informatiques quotidiennes.

Le d\xc3\xa9tenteur du poste devra assurer la performance et la stabilit\xc3\xa9 de tous les syst\xc3\xa8mes de production, tout en g\xc3\xa9rant les co\xc3\xbbts d\'infrastructure. La satisfaction des intervenants fait \xc3\xa9galement partie des priorit\xc3\xa9s du gestionnaire.

Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s :

  • \xc3\x89tablir et entretenir des relations avec d\'autres gestionnaires des TI afin de bien comprendre les besoins \xc3\xa0 travers de l\'entreprise;
  • Assurer que la prestation rentable des services des TI r\xc3\xa9pond \xc3\xa0 ces besoins et r\xc3\xa9agir avec aisance et rapidit\xc3\xa9 aux priorit\xc3\xa9s changeantes de l\'entreprise;
  • Assurer que les exigences relatives \xc3\xa0 la performance des syst\xc3\xa8mes et au niveau de service sont respect\xc3\xa9es.
  • \xc3\x89tablir et g\xc3\xa9rer les indicateurs de performance cl\xc3\xa9s (KPIs) pour le rendement des activit\xc3\xa9s quotidiennes des TI;
  • Assurer le respect des normes technologiques, du processus de gouvernance et des mesures de rendement \xc3\xa9tablis par l\'entreprise afin d\'offrir des services de TI de qualit\xc3\xa9;
  • Amener une expertise technique approfondie concernant les initiatives tactiques et op\xc3\xa9rationnelles;
  • Diriger la planification et la gestion aux op\xc3\xa9rations quotidiennes de TI et du soutien aux utilisateurs, l\'administration des syst\xc3\xa8mes d\'infrastructure de base et des bases de donn\xc3\xa9es, l\'exploitation des r\xc3\xa9seaux, les syst\xc3\xa8mes d\'exploitation et les applications techniques;
  • R\xc3\xa9pondre \xc3\xa0 la demande en TI en constituant un bassin \xc3\xa9quilibr\xc3\xa9 de ressources internes et externes afin de s\'assurer que les bonnes ressources sont disponibles au bon moment;
  • Mener une \xc3\xa9quipe de techniciens, de professionnels et de gestionnaires afin de r\xc3\xa9pondre avec succ\xc3\xa8s aux engagements pris pour la prestation de services de TI.
Qualifications :
  • Dipl\xc3\xb4me en informatique, en g\xc3\xa9nie ou en syst\xc3\xa8mes d\'information, ou exp\xc3\xa9rience de travail pertinente et d\xc3\xa9montr\xc3\xa9e dans l\'industrie des TI;
  • Toute certification en gestion des TI (p. ex., certification ITIL ou Lean IT) ou exp\xc3\xa9rience de travail pertinente sera consid\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9e comme un atout;
  • Toute formation ou certification en gestion de projets (p. ex., certification PMP ou formation en gestion du service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le), ou toute exp\xc3\xa9rience de travail pertinente sera consid\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9e comme un atout;
  • Exp\xc3\xa9rience dans les op\xc3\xa9rations 24 heures sur 24, 7 jours sur 7;
  • Connaissance des lignes directrices relatives au contr\xc3\xb4le de s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9, dont les objectifs de contr\xc3\xb4le de l\'information et des technologies connexes (COBIT) ou la norme ISO 17799;
  • Vaste exp\xc3\xa9rience de la gestion d\'infrastructures et d\'op\xc3\xa9rations;

Role Description:

Reporting to the Vice President, Information Technology and Chief Digital Officer, the role of the IT Operations Manager is to ensure the smooth running of daily IT operations.

The successful candidate must ensure the performance and stability of all production systems while managing infrastructure costs. Stakeholder satisfaction is also part of the manager\'s priorities.

Your Responsibilities will include:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with other IT leaders to fully understand the needs of the business.
  • Ensure cost-effective delivery of IT services to meet those needs and respond readily to changing business priorities
  • Ensure system performance and service level requirements are met.
  • Establish and manage key performance indicators for IT operations
  • Ensure compliance with technology standards, governance process and performance measures established by the business to deliver quality IT services
  • Provide in-depth technical expertise on tactical and operational initiatives
  • Provide direction in the planning and management of IT operations and production support, core infrastructure systems and database administration, network operations, operating systems, and technical applications.
  • Meet IT demand by building a balanced pool of internal and external IT resources to ensure the right resources are available at the right time.
  • Lead a team of technical, professional, and managerial staff to successfully deliver on IT service commitments
Your Qualifications:
  • Degree in computer science, engineering or information systems, or relevant and demonstrated work experience in the IT industry
  • Any IT management certification (e.g., ITIL or Lean IT certification) or relevant work experience will be considered an asset
  • Any project management training or certification (e.g., PMP certification or customer service management training), or relevant work experience will be considered an asset
  • Experience with 24/7 operations.
  • Knowledge of security control guidelines including Control of Information and Related Technology Objectives (COBIT) or ISO 17799.
  • Extensive experience in infrastructure and operations management.
  • Bilingual - French and English - written and spoken
