Are you simply ready for something, and somewhere new? As Manager of Human Resources for the City, your role will be far from one-dimensional. As the role will have a high degree of autonomy and be empowered to make decisions and act, it will be imperative the successful candidate can demonstrate the highest level of professionalism, ethics, confidentiality, discretion, and integrity.

Hallmarks of success of this role will be the delivery of the full range of people management activities including the creation and evolution of human resource policies, programs and systems that will build an organizational culture predicated on respect, equity, diversity, inclusion, collaboration, communication, and excellence.

Ideally, you will have post-secondary education in Human Resources Management complemented by a CPHR or CHRL designation.
