With a strong commitment to quality, performance, and customer success, they have built a reputation for delivering top-tier products and services across North America and beyond.The OpportunityAs Manager of Advertising - Manufactured Products, you will oversee a team of up to seven Account Managers within an internal creative agency. You'll play a key role in shaping media strategies for manufactured products, ensuring the right message reaches the right audience at the right time. From planning and execution to optimization and performance analysis, you'll own the full lifecycle of advertising while providing strategic guidance to your team.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the advertising account management team, providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities.
  • Develop and implement a streamlined advertising strategy for manufactured products by identifying the best mix of media channels and best practices for tactical execution.
  • Identify target audiences, understand their media consumption habits, and tailor campaigns accordingly.
  • Oversee media planning, negotiation, buying, and performance evaluation, ensuring campaigns align with business goals.
  • Identify business objectives and KPI's and ensure alignment across all divisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize campaign execution, tradeshow strategies, and promotional materials.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to enhance advertising effectiveness and share insights with the team.
  • Maintain budgets and reporting, ensuring campaign efficiency and accountability.
  • Recruit, onboard, and coach team members, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Skills & Competencies
  • Proven leadership experience in advertising, marketing, or media strategy, with at least three years in a managerial or team lead role.
  • Strong media planning and buying expertise, with a deep understanding of campaign evaluation metrics.
  • Agency experience is highly desirable, along with a background in heavy equipment/construction/agriculture or transportation.
  • Excellent ability to delegate, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to performance evaluation.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint) and familiarity with media tools and platforms.
