In this role, you will spearhead nationwide programs and campaigns across our diverse business lines, playing a pivotal role in implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with JLL\'s business goals and branding efforts. As the Manager, National Marketing, you will be responsible for project management, content planning, creation, and overseeing multi-channel campaign execution. Working closely with national and global marketing partners and stakeholders, you will collaborate to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing initiatives.Success in this role hinges on your ability to navigate a matrix organization and effectively utilize the art of influence. You will have the opportunity to work with various teams, departments, and stakeholders, ensuring the successful implementation of marketing strategies and objectives. We are looking for a talented individual with a sophisticated, data-driven, and B2B marketing background. Strong project management skills are essential, as you will coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders and drive the successful execution of marketing initiatives.This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of JLL Canada. The majority of time in this role is expected to be spent onsite at one of our JLL GTA office locations (North York, Financial District or Mississauga).WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99LL BE DOING:

  • Support strategic planning to identify go-to-market activities for business lines and geographies.
  • Manage execution of go-to-market strategy, focusing on marketing campaigns.
  • Project manage and prioritize workflow demands for all go-to-market activities to support strategic plans. Includes developing and managing processes and procedures to facilitate collaboration across multiple stakeholders.
  • Lead execution of local and global campaigns in collaboration with Centres of Excellence, business line marketing groups, and national marketing partners.
  • Plan, execute, track, analyze and report ROI on campaigns, programs, events, and other marketing efforts.
  • Plan, curate and develop engaging content and messaging that adheres to brand and editorial guidelines.
  • Contribute to SEO, SEM, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Increase overall brand awareness and act as brand steward for JLL Canada.
  • Identify and secure brand-aligned sponsorship opportunities and speaking engagements to elevate JLL brand and people in the marketplace.
  • Identify market demand, trends, and opportunities through analysis and partnership with research and business leaders.
  • Innovate ways to differentiate JLL in the marketplace and develop a competitive positioning strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketers and peers across business lines and geographies to share best practices and marketing resources.
WHAT YOU BRING:
  • Sophisticated, data-based, strategic marketing experience in the B2B services arena.
  • Strong project management skills to prioritize high-impact activities and facilitate inputs from multiple stakeholders.
  • Expertise in writing and executing campaign plans, media plans, and media buying with a focus on metrics.
  • Proficiency in content strategy, including ideation and development.
  • Familiarity with digital content marketing best practices, platforms and tools.
  • Ability to write clear, concise, and grammatically correct short form copy in a consistent brand voice.
  • Demonstrated creative skills (written and/or design) relevant to campaign asset creation.
  • Gathering and analyzing insights from various internal and external data sources.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate within a matrixed organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A minimum of 6 years related experience, with emphasis on marketing.
  • Related industry, B2B, and Advertising/Creative Agency marketing experience a strong plus.
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, preferably in marketing, communications or a related field.
  • Experience running integrated and digital marketing campaigns, including email campaigns, digital ads, social media campaigns, traditional media, events, etc.
  • Experience working in a matrixed marketing and sales organization, with proven project management skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and communications platforms (Social media platforms, email marketing, event management tools, Canva, etc.)
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills.
  • Excellent creative skills and keen awareness for effective creative and content development.
