We are currently looking for a Manager, National Market Representation and Strategy to join our team in Dealer Network development

This role will be responsible for managing and maintaining Nissan and Infiniti National Market Representation Plan and developing strategic plans for future network plans. The Manager is also responsible for the development of business model and outlooks on new and existing Nissan program for deployment at the regional level. This role managers dealer profiles and reporting including various capacity studies.

Job functions Include but are not limited to:

  • Executes National, Regional and local market representation strategies.
  • Determines the future state of the network, including alternate retail formats, business cases, retail agreement implications, legal considerations, e-commerce applicability
  • Functions as the primary liaison to Regional General Managers, Steering Committee and Dealer Approval Committee on all market representation issues and initiatives for Nissan and Infiniti
  • Gatekeeper for reporting integrity and the management of vendors (IHS, USAI) and functional + strategic expenses within budget.
  • Performs in-depth research into the performance of the existing markets and offering sales and service improvement opportunities
  • Manages/Leads multiple global initiatives, including stewardship and creation of our Mid-Term-Plan (MTP), consolidation of strategic presentations, PRM presentations and reviews such as global Quarterly Review Meetings (QRMs)
Minimum Qualifications:
  • University degree in business management and/or equivalent related automotive (NSC, OE, or direct consultant) experience, consulting experience or market strategy experience
  • 7 to 10 years broad automotive experience including sales, field operations, market representation/dealer network development and dealer retail operations preferred
  • Strong computer and considerable analytical skills to develop sound defensible solutions to complex market representation questions
  • Ability to lead and provide ongoing guidance, orientation and on-the job training to direct reports and vendors
