This role is the heart of the action, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day retail center operations of the Member Services department. You'll be steering the implementation of strategies, policies, and processes that align with our overarching strategic vision. How You'll Make an ImpactOversee day-to-day operations of the Member Services retail center, focusing on Travel, Registries, and Membership services. Drive performance by achieving and exceeding sales, revenue, and member satisfaction goals. Coach, mentor, and develop your team to deliver exceptional member experiences aligned with our "Practically Family" culture. Ensure financial integrity by managing budgets, controlling expenses, and adhering to audit requirements. Build strong partnerships internally and externally, championing collaboration and member-focused solutions. Lead marketing campaigns and initiatives within the center, engaging your team in the "why" behind every strategy. Maintain a welcoming environment that reflects our core values of Integrity, Respect, and Excellence.

What You Bring to the TableAt least 5 years in a progressive management or leadership role, preferably in a team-oriented workplace. Proven experience in the travel industry is essential; registry knowledge is a strong asset. You have demonstrated success in achieving sales and operational goals while fostering a positive work culture. Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills, with a track record of effective team-building. Ability to pass a police information check.
