We currently have an opportunity for the

Assistant Manager, Member Services

to join our team in Steinbach! As the Assistant Manager, Member Services, you will assist with supervising and developing Member Service Representatives, monitoring departmental activities to ensure maximum service levels are met, and identifying training and development needs.

Specific Responsibilities




Assist with hiring, leading and coaching staff to ensure objectives are met relating to member service, member retention and member development Foster business development through service excellence and product knowledge Organize, schedule and monitor member service activities to ensure maximum service levels and work flow Assist with training and development for new and existing staff to ensure maximum quality of member service and to promote staff development Provide input to establish performance standards and assist in evaluating performance of staff Resolve more complex problems and member complaints as referred by Member Service staff and other branch staff Scheduling, training and other administrative duties

Qualifications




Grade 12 diploma plus two years of formal education or equivalent (includes the completion of CUIC General Studies program), plus 2 to 4 years of job-related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written Demonstrated prioritization, organization, time management and planning skills Intermediate knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Strong knowledge of member service within financial institutions Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
