The Marketing Technology Manager is a senior technical leader responsible for overseeing and advancing our database marketing (DBM) programs in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). This role is key to enabling the transformation of our marketing into dynamic, personalized, and data-informed experiences across email, mobile, and advertising channels. Working cross-functionally, the Marketing Technology Manager ensures that our marketing technology ecosystem aligns with business goals, supports advanced automation and segmentation, and complies with regulatory requirements across markets. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on SFMC expertise combined with the strategic ability to guide platform usage, integrations, and create operational efficiencies--ensuring marketing teams have the data, system configurations, and support they need to deliver exceptional customer experiences at scale.
? HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENT
Vancouver-based and Toronto-based team members work in-office every other week (Tues-Thurs). Core attendance is required from 9 AM - 3 PM on these days to support business priorities.
