Lead a team of professionals that identify, develop, execute, and administer various FCC sustainable incentive programs. You'll will manage research and trial initiatives in the agriculture and carbon landscape.
What you'll do:
- Lead FCC's Sustainable Incentive Program
- Research and analyze carbon markets within the agricultural industry
- Oversee and manage third-party relationships
- Develop and manage pragmatic sustainability initiatives
- Support and develop a strong and collaborative team dynamic
- Execution experience and proven ability to turn an idea into an initiative that makes a difference in the agricultural industry
- Relationship builder who develops strong partnerships with stakeholders to bring initiatives to life
- Continuous learner with the ability and desire to evolve, learn and grow their understanding of the rapidly evolving area of agriculture sustainability
- A bachelor's degree in commerce or business administration and 3-5 years experience in leadership (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Relevant knowledge and expertise in project management, sustainability, analytics, controls and finance
