What you'll be doing
The Consumer Trends & Analytics Team's mandate is to keep our finger on the pulse of consumer behaviour in an ever-changing, dynamic Canadian market to help inform strategies across various lines of business including product development, brand, communications, etc.
As a Market Research Manager at CIBC, you will primarily be responsible for owning the end-to-end market research process leveraging our internal survey platform for studies including scoping, proposal writing, research design, writing surveys, programming, data collection and reporting findings to internal audiences. In this capacity, you will act as a key research contact and go-to resource for assigned business partners, both on time sensitive requests, as well as day to day business. You will also be the primary expert on key syndicated studies and secondary sources, responsible for synthesizing information into clear, concise and tailored narratives with actionable recommendations for stakeholders.At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role.
