Summary

STEMCELL Technologies is looking for a Manager, Manufacturing, GMP to take the pivotal role of overseeing and directing manufacturing processes, equipment and personnel in the Cleanroom to meet corporate requirements. As a Manager, Manufacturing, GMP you will be responsible for overseeing personnel, processes, and quality documentation of the regulated manufacturing area under your supervision.



Duties and Responsibilities

Direct and coordinate manufacturing processes in alignment with corporate goals, including managing clean room personnel with a focus on safety, quality, training and adherence to protocols

Act as the primary subject matter expert on clean room processes and equipment, ensuring compliance and optimization

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline manufacturing procedures

Maintain a strong on-floor presence within the clean room, actively engaging in process oversight and equipment management

Responsible for comprehensive documentation related to manufacturing activities in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP)

Knowledge and Qualifications

Bachelor of science with proven experience in a managerial/supervisory role within GMP manufacturing, preferably within the biotech industry

In-depth knowledge of clean room processes, equipment, aseptic processing and regulatory compliance

Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively guide and train manufacturing personnel

Proven ability to collaborate with various stakeholders for process optimization and improvements

An adaptable work schedule based on the production needs, with the ability to work on a shift basis as required to meet business demands

The annual base salary for this job ranges from: $78,640.00 - $118,000.00

STEMCELL determines an individual\'s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
