As we embark on a strategic digital transformation journey, the role of Sr Manager, Manufacturing Operations Transformation NA will be pivotal in modernizing our supply chain planning capabilities across McCain Foods.Reporting to the Business Transformation Director in North America, the successful candidate will be responsible for executing the integration plans between various systems, platforms, and business processes in support of our digital transformation. With a focus on manufacturing operations this role will also have direct responsibility for leading, coaching, developing the North American Business Transformation Operations Team (transportation & warehouse, order to cash, quality operations).This individual will work in collaboration with their regional transformation team and globally with the PMO, technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure the successful integration of S/4HANA and updated business processes. The role requires strong system integration and business transformation program experience, a deep understanding of business processes (order to cash, procure to pay, record to report etc.), the ability to manage complex projects across multiple teams, and leadership capability.This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on work. If you are ready to make a tangible impact on a global scale, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to lead within one of the world's premier food companies.ACCOUNTABILITIES:Drive and implement technology and process solutions for North America region in collaboration with the global team for their specific area of focus.For the NAM region, lead requirements gathering, solution design activities, configuration, robust testing, deployment & training to ensure smooth and timely delivery and user adoption.Act as business process expert for function and liaison between technical and non-technical teams to translate business requirements into user friendly system capabilities.Engage stakeholders across all levels (i.e. business/IT), functions and regions to understand concerns, gather feedback, validate requirements, partner with organization change management team to secure buy-in for the implementationBring internal perspectives, external benchmarks, and industry trends to solution design to /create an industry-leading technology solution.Proactively address/escalate risks and issues related to integration activities with the leadership team.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering or related field.Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations managementSignificant experience in manufacturing operations; strong expertise in understanding plant operations, systems and best practices. Some knowledge of quality operations, transportation/warehouse, order to cash, procurement.Stakeholder Management: communicates with global and regional process owners and manages stakeholders from both the business and IT teams, ensuring alignment to the process, the solution, its benefits, and their role in its executionProficiency in operational software and manufacturing processes.Experience leading projects and in system implementation preferred with ability to translate business requirements into technology solutionsStrong analytical and problem-solving, to identify gaps and propose solutions.Bias towards action, able to synthesize multiple pieces of information and act decisivelySKILLS:Proven communication skills with an ability to engage executive-level management, operational teams effectively and influence without authority across the organization.Strong leadership capability in coaching and mentoring, fostering a culture of growth and learning.Results-driven and process improvement-focused with a strong propensity for excellence.In-depth industry knowledge within the context of food production and technology implementation.Passion for innovation and continuous improvement, with a willingness to challenge the status quo.Champions and leads organizational change, ensuring that the strategic goals are met with high standards of business value and innovation.The above information indicates the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
