What you'll do:



Ownership of end-to-end lifecycle marketing campaigns across owned channels (email, SMS, push notifications) to drive engagement and conversion. Develop lifecycle strategies including onboarding, retention, and re-engagement. Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to align messaging with key business goals. Create segmentation strategies based on customer behaviours, preferences and lifecycle stage. Lead review cycles with senior decision-makers and act as the primary point of contact for internal/external agency counterparts, legal, design and translations. Lead A/B testing efforts and analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization, providing actionable recommendations to improve performance Lead a small team of marketing specialists, fostering a workplace of inclusiveness and belonging

What you bring:



3-5 years of previous experience in lifecycle, CRM, retention, or marketing (B2C experience preferred) Bilingual English/French language skills are an asset, though not required Strong copywriting and messaging skills Time management, organization and attention to detail Highly collaborative and strong stakeholder management skills Solid understanding of customer segmentation, journey mapping, and A/B testing 1-2 years of people leadership experience preferred
