Lifecycle Marketing Manager
Location: Ville Saint-Laurent, Montreal, QC (Hybrid 4 days/week or Onsite)

We're scaling a digital-first gaming brand backed by a major land-based operator. This role is built for a marketer who can blend strategy with hands-on execution to drive engagement, loyalty, and player lifetime value.
You'll own CRM and retention--building programs that keep players active, rewarded, and coming back. The role includes both digital lifecycle work and cross-promotions with our physical casino partner.
What You'll Do
Run multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app) across player segments
Design and optimize loyalty programs, gamified incentives, and retention flows
Personalize messaging and offers based on behavior, lifecycle stage, and value
Analyze campaign performance, iterate quickly, and track impact on LTV
Collaborate with product, analytics, and offline teams to build integrated journeys
Ensure compliance across all communications and promotions
What You Bring
Experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing--gaming or iGaming preferred
Hands-on with automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics
Strong skills in segmentation, retention tactics, and program design
Analytical mindset with a bias for testing and iteration
Strong writing, organization, and cross-functional collaboration
