We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented
Manager, Leadership Designation Program (12-month contract)
to oversee the operations, growth, and integrity of our leadership certification pathway for real estate professionals. The Manager will be responsible for assessing candidate eligibility, coordinating examinations, managing the awarding of designations, and ensuring the ongoing relevance and credibility of the program through strategic partnerships and professional development initiatives.
This position plays a key role in shaping leadership excellence in the real estate industry by ensuring a high-quality, engaging, and recognized leadership development journey for our members.
Main Responsibilities:
Program Operations & Administration
Manage the end-to-end operations of the Leadership Designation Program (LDP).
Review and assess applications for eligibility to enter the LDP.
Track course completions, exam results, and member progression through the program.
Organize and schedule designation assessments/exams and coordinate evaluation logistics.
Ensure timely awarding of certificates and maintenance of accurate records.
Develop and update LDP policies, procedures, and participant guidelines.
Renewal & Professional Development Coordination
Coordinate the annual renewal process for designation holders.
Collaborate with internal teams and partner institutions to identify and approve qualifying continuing education courses/events.
Maintain a directory of approved development opportunities for designation holders.
Respond to member inquiries regarding PD credit eligibility and renewal status.
Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement
Liaise with universities, training providers, and other institutions to align eligible programs with LDP renewal requirements.
Establish and maintain relationships with industry associations and stakeholders to promote the LDP.
Represent the LDP at industry events and conferences as needed.
Marketing & Member Engagement
Work with the communications team to promote the program, new benefits, and renewal cycles.
Develop orientation sessions, FAQs, and resources to guide potential and current LDP participants.
Monitor member satisfaction and suggest improvements to enhance program value and impact.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Prepare regular reports on LDP performance metrics, including enrollment, completion, and renewal rates.
Conduct surveys and gather feedback to assess program impact.
Recommend and implement program improvements based on trends, feedback, and industry standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Association Management, or related field.
3-5 years of experience managing education, certification, or leadership programs (experience in the real estate or nonprofit sector is a plus).
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Experience coordinating with external partners, institutions, or vendors.
Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS), CRMs, and/or exam scheduling platforms.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Member- or customer-focused mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach
