Manager-in-Training (MIT)
program is a full-time career opportunity where you'll gain hands-on experience running store operations, leading teams, and building the skills to grow into an Assistant Manager and beyond.
As a Manager-in-Training, your duties include:
Performing all responsibilities of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers
Supporting your Manager in leading a team of 3-30 employees during shifts
Learning to manage store operations: inventory, cash control, scheduling, and team management
Greeting customers and taking orders with a friendly, professional attitude (in-store and on the phone)
Operating the cash register and handling transactions accurately
Preparing products quickly, consistently, and to Domino's standards
Maintaining a clean, professional, and welcoming restaurant environment
Modeling Domino's grooming, uniform, and appearance standards
This is a
full-time position only
. Students or part-time applicants will not be considered.

REQUIREMENTS

Prior restaurant/QSR experience preferred
Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
Excellent communication and people skills
Full-time availability (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
Desire and commitment to grow into a leadership role
Ability to perform all store tasks: customer service, product preparation, cash handling, and inventory
Legally eligible to work in Canada
