About the role




We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated leader to help guide our HR organization forward. In the role of

Manager, HR Strategy & People Experience

, you will bring proven experience in leading and executing HR strategies and programs, working collaboratively across HR functions and the business, to improve the experience of leaders and employees at scale.

What you'll do here :



HR Strategy, Change Management & Communications



Participate in the research and insight gathering to inform our strategic HR plan. Use data and a delivery-oriented mindset to identify patterns and trends, making data-driven recommendations and measuring the impact of HR solutions on the business. Help formalize our People priorities and identify key strategic projects. Provide regular updates to our Senior HR leaders on progression (milestones, metrics against our objectives, key risks) Lead various working and action committees, acting as a strategic advisor to leaders and HR business unit managers - providing alignment to guide strategic decisions to meet our HR operational plans. Provide change management expertise on key strategic HR projects and build change management capabilities within the HR function. Oversee departmental communications in collaboration with Corporate Communications, ensuring HR teams have clarity on our strategy, work underway and their role in supporting. In partnership with the HR PMO lead, identify synergies across the delivery and cyclical HR activities to ensure a consistent execution of people priorities and strategic HR programs in an efficient and effective way.

People Experience Programs & Policies



Manage the optimization and delivery of critical people experience programs including onboarding, employee engagement, recognition, performance management and hybrid world. Provide oversight and management of other employee policies as required - including but not limited to flexible work arrangement, office presence, dress code, service awards, recognition and employee perks.

Team Leadership and Development



Lead a team, coach, and mentor others, fostering a culture of continuous learning, growth, and inclusivity to support individual and team development. Nurture a high-performance environment and implement a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops, and motivates the team.

What you bring to the table:



Progressive experience in an advisory role, strategy, HR or corporate communications. Strong project management skills with the ability to adapt to a changing organization. Ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently from tactical through to strategic. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization up to the most senior levels. Solid business acumen and/or natural curiosity and an impressive track record of delivering reason and results. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and simple manner that motivates and focuses others. Demonstrated experience in delivering on data-informed decisions and results. High energy, resilient self-starter with the ability to optimize effort, time and outcomes to deliver high impact. For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
