Salary: $55,000 - $57,000

What we are looking for:

We are we are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic full time Restaurant Manager to join our diverse and dynamic FOH team at our historic and beautiful Terroni Adelaide location located in downtown Toronto. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years FOH leadership experience in a full service casual fine dining restaurant. Description of Role:


The Restaurant Manager brings a love of working on the floor leading and motivating frontline staff to curate exceptional experiences for our guests. Reporting to the location General Manager, the Restaurant Manager is a positive and communicative team player who works collaboratively to see the restaurant succeed from both a financial perspective as well as from a guest experience perspective. With a true passion for hospitality the majority of your time will be spent maintaining a visible presence on the floor engaging with guests and supporting staff in delivering an experience that exceeds expectations, you will also perform various administrative duties as assigned by the GM. Wine knowledge and or certification an asset, a passion for Italian food and culture a must! This is a full time position with variable shifts that include weekends, holidays and which are predominantly in the evening.
