What we are looking for:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced full-time Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team at our beautiful and intimate restaurant, La Bettola di Terroni locatedin downtown Toronto. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years FOH leadership experience in a full service casual fine dining restaurant and will be an Industry professional who possesses a genuine passion for hospitality. We are looking for an inspiring and positive manager who will bring a love for working on the floor leading and motivating frontline staff to curate exceptional experiences for our restaurant guests. A passion for Italian food and culture essential, wine knowledge and/or certification an asset.

Description of Role:

The Restaurant Manager brings a love of working on the floor leading and motivating frontline staff to curate exceptional experiences for our guests. Reporting to the location General Manager, the Manager is a positive and communicative team player who works collaboratively to see the location succeed from both a financial perspective as well as from a guest experience perspective. With the majority of time spent maintaining a visible presence on the floor engaging with guests and supporting staff in delivering an experience that exceeds expectations, you will also perform various administrative duties as assigned by the GM. This is a fulltime position with variable shifts that are predominantly in the evening, including weekends and holidays.

years Manager Experience in a Casual Fine Dining Restaurant Wine Certification/Italian Wine Knowledge Passion for Hospitality: Curating Exceptional Guest Experiences Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills Working knowledge of Italian Language (written and verbal) an asset
