What we are looking for:

We are looking for full-time line cooks for our beautiful and diverse restaurants. As a valued member of our BOH culinary team you will play an integral role in delivering a delicious and consistent experience for our guests. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast paced environment, has an open availability and possesses a positive personality and strong work ethic. Punctual and professional, you are a team player who is highly organized and able to multitask. A minimum of 1 year BOH kitchen experience required as well as good knife handling skills. Candidates who have recently graduated from a culinary program but do not yet have any previous work experience are also encouraged to apply.

Description of Role:

Reporting to the chef/sous chef team, following a given recipe with skill, speed and consistency is the primary duty of linecook. A variety of traditional Italian recipes as well as classic dishes are to be prepared with love and attention. Scheduling is flexible with both day and night shifts during the week day and on weekends.
