Prep Cook/Line Cook at Bodegoes Restaurants Founded in 2001 in Winnipeg\'s vibrant Exchange District, Bodegoes Restaurants has evolved into a beloved fast-casual chain known for its eclectic, global-inspired street food. At our Cityplace location, which serves as the commissary kitchen for all our outlets, we\'re seeking a versatile and skilled Prep Cook/Line Cook who thrives in fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation Mastery: Prepare all house-made sauces, soups, and vegetables, ensuring high standards of flavor and quality consistent with our fast-casual menu.
  • Stock & Order Management: Maintain efficient supply chains by keeping the kitchen fully stocked and managing orders across locations.
  • Line Duties: Maintain high speed and accuracy during peak hours while cooking a variety of foods including noodle stir fries, burritos, pitas/wraps, chicken fingers, flatbreads, salads, and soups, all while ensuring exceptional food quality.
  • Portion Control: Accurately portion meats, noodles, and other ingredients for our diverse menu items.
  • Flexibility: Be adaptable to work across various Bodegoes locations as needed.
  • Customer Engagement: Enhance the customer experience by engaging warmly and knowledgeably.
Available Hours:
The exact hours may vary within the following range:
Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Additional on-call hours are also available at other locations. Shifts can be any combination of these times, but availability during lunch hours (11 a.m. to 2 p.m.) is mandatory, as this is our peak time. Flexibility is required to accommodate different scheduling needs. What We Offer:

  • Communication: Positive, clear communicator with customers, team members, and suppliers.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 25 \xe2\x80\x93 37 per week Benefits:
