Job Title Manager, Global Operations Risk & Controls

  • Conduct monitoring and testing responsibilities as described in the Regulatory Compliance Management (RCM) Framework.
  • Prepare a written report on the results of compliance monitoring and testing for review by reporting manager for further distribution to business heads and executives as required
  • As issue coordinator, identify, document and track Coverage Areas' issues to assure they are escalated and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Ensure processes, control reporting and tools are documented and kept up to date.
  • Track Ops Risk issues - work with the service lines to develop action plans and monitor them to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain relevant control and risk documentation e.g. control & risk libraries

  • Facilitate compliance and risk related meetings and ensure adequate retention of meeting minutes.
  • Monitor consistency and quality of controls across CRE department in all jurisdictions including quality assurance and reporting and escalate as per established protocols.
  • Collate, prepare and ensure the timely deliverables of internal governance reporting.
  • Maintain and analyze compliance data to produce effective, helpful reporting on compliance metrics.
  • Assist with other initiatives supporting the CRE Global Operations team.
Job Summary As Manager, Global Operations Risk & Controls, you provide Second Line of Defense (2LOD) support, over Corporate Real Estate (CRE) in relation to the management of regulatory compliance risks and other inherent risks associated with the function. You will support the oversight activities that are aligned with the Global Corporate Real Estate control management program. The successful candidate will join the team for a 12 to 18 month contract.
