Established in 1993 and celebrating 30 years, Dooly\'s is your favourite place to play, relax, and have fun. Dooly\'s Bedford is a staple of the bar industry in Bedford and seeks a mature individual for the position of manager. Reporting to the General Manager, the Manager will be responsible for all day-to-day operations of the business. Duties and responsibilities include maintaining high service standards, inventory management, reservations, staff supervision, event hosting, marketing, preparing bank deposits, various human resource functions, data entry, and more. The manager will first and foremost be a leader who leads by example. The manager will model superior customer service, strict adherence to policies, and place a great emphasis on responsible beverage service. Bar and/or restaurant experience preferred, but not required. Please apply if you possess the following:
- Minimum three years management experience within the service or retail sector.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong understanding of math, especially mental math.
- A reliable vehicle and a valid drivers license
