Marketing Manager - Women's Health
The Market Manager is responsible for the success of our Womens Health brands and is a market expert with full understanding of the environment, competitor and customer needs. The Market Manager drives strategic brand planning in alignment with the Region/Global direction and ensures successful omnichannel activation by aligning cross-functional partners to drive executional excellence.
The Market Manager is a strong leader with the ability to bring cross-functional stakeholders (internal and external) together to align to critical brand objectives. The candidate leads the strategy and execution of core assets in order to contribute to the achievement of the organization's business and marketing objectives and the betterment of patient care. The Market Manager is accountable for the overall financials, investments and sales, and market share results.

What you will do:

• Lead the development, alignment and roll-out of brand priorities and communication for specific projects, including direct to consumer outreach
• Partner with the marketing team, cross-functional partners and other key internal and external stakeholders to ensure plans are on track to achieve brand objectives
• Effectively communicate and garner support for strategies and investments to senior management
• Identify, build and maintain strong relationships with Thought Leaders, focusing on experts in womens health
• Establish and maintain regular contact with regional and global marketing colleagues to represent and integrate local needs into global marketing/brand strategies

Who you are:

• University degree in science, business, or equivalent.
• Pharmaceutical sales experience required.
• Minimum 3-5 years of omnichannel marketing experience
• Experience with direct-to-consumer marketing
• Strategic mindset - Strong business acumen, analytical skills and understanding of business strategy
• Drives results
• Ability to manage ambiguity and complexity
• Ability to build relationships and work successfully with cross-functional teams and influence appropriate plans and actions
• Able to develop good relationships with Thought Leaders
• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
• Previous experience in womens health (e.g., contraception and menopause) is an asset
• Bilingual (French) is a strong asset
