If you love music and got excited just thinking about joining this amazing organization, we would love to meet you!Manager, Digital Marketing - 14 Month ContractPosting Closing: May 8, 2024The UMC team works in a hybrid, flexible environment with four days a week from our creative campus located in Liberty Village, Toronto and one day of work virtually.Reporting to the Senior Director, Digital Marketing, Universal Music Canada is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our Digital Marketing team. This role will manage a roster of UMC\xe2\x80\x99s artists and work alongside the marketing manager in the creation and execution of digital marketing and promotional plan while also managing programs and multi-artist campaigns. Prime candidates have knowledge and experience working with digital technologies and platforms, can effectively communicate with artists, artist management teams, internal teams & executives at UMC, digital partners, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, team environment.ResponsibilitiesDefine, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns for a roster of domestic artists, including UMC\xe2\x80\x99s Country Music rosterManage strategic partnerships with key digital accounts with an ability to manage the day-to-day tactics as well as the big picture strategyWork closely with the streaming, and marketing teams to ideate, create, execute, and measure multi-artist campaigns with a focus on growing market share for select genres and developing artists fanbases in Canada & globallyMaintain strong relationships with artist management and artists to be viewed as a resource for best practices and implementing digital marketing strategiesIdentify viral, digital word-of-mouth marketing opportunities with the goal of driving traffic, fan acquisition, and creating brand awareness for artistsDrive social media growth for all artists through increased engagement, activity, and relevant content postsOptimize and manage the artists full digital footprint including Web, Social, and CRMWork closely with the Audience Development team to grow our artists CRM lists through a combination of digital moments, IRL events, contesting, and campaignsActively participate in team meetings, discussions, and planning activitiesMeasure and analyze overall campaign performance and provide insights and key learnings to other departmentsAssist in analyzing online promotions and campaign sales impacts, consumer trends, etcMonitor campaigns regularly to understand effectiveness of strategy, making recommendations for continuous improvementReport weekly to senior staff and managers, providing actionable insights and campaign updatesRequirementsDeep knowledge of Country Music would be an asset.
